Hey there! I'm Zachary Greene

Programmer Hobbyist Electronics Designer 3D Modeller

I am the eldest of four siblings. I have worldly experience and was previously living in Cairns, North Queensland, and gained international schooling as well as cultural experience during a four year period residing in the Middle East.

I have experience working in a restaurant as a kitchen hand for eight months and have previously worked at McDonalds for 13 months, working on the front counter serving customers and making fries.

I am a mature youth, I am trustworthy and eager to learn. I am a motivated individual keen to learn new skills whilst also being conscientious and reliable. Key strengths include perseverance, patience, willingness to learn new skills and I am a fast learner.

I enjoy 4WD-ing and camping. I also enjoy designing and creating electronics, soldering and dismanteling a range of different devices such as remote control cars, printers, radios, bluetooth speakers and stereos.

DoFoodSafely Certificate

This certificate was earned when you complete the DoFoodSafely quiz. It provides knowledge on how to properly prepare and handle different types of foods and how to prevent food poisoning, handle allergies and storing food safely.

2019

Cert 1 Active Volunteering

This certificate was awarded to students that successfully completed the course and partook in over twenty volunteering hours. It provided the knowledge of WHS, organising their own routine effectively and performing routine tasks efficiently.

This was given to students that successfully completed a first aid course that provided the necessary knowledge to deliver first aid and manage casualties, the incident and others.

Mustering Yard Bar & Grill (Shut Down)

I worked at the Mustering Yard Bar & Grill as a kitchen hand washing dishes and preparing food.

McDonalds

I worked at McDonalds interacting with customers face-to-face as well as over a headset in Drive-Thru and handling cash. I also worked in the kitchen making fries and a variety of drinks.

Technical Skills

Microsoft Office Suite

I have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. This includes Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Programming - Python

I have three years programming in Python making use of both internal and external libraries to complete many different functions. These include Pygame, Random and Tkinter

Programming - C/C++

I have three years experience programming in C and C++ making use of the Arduino IDE to bootload and program both microcontrollers and microchips. These include ATtiny85, ATmega328P, Arduino Uno and the Arduino Mega.

PCB and Schematic Design

I have four years experience designing and creating schematic and PCB designs for personal projects such as a miniature remote control R2D2 from Star Wars and a PCB Mothers Day heart.

Autodesk Fusion 360

I have three years experience 3D modelling in the popular Autodesk Fusion 360. I have modelled R2D2, Portal Sentry Turret, Series 1 Land Rover, roof designs from reference material, among other designs.

Soldering

I have four years experience soldering through hole components and more recently, soldering smd passive components.
